To keep your pajamas feeling soft and looking great:
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
- Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners.
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
Bamboo fabric is naturally durable, so with proper care, your pajamas will stay luxurious wash after wash.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to fill orders as quickly as possible, typically processing them the next business day. However, please allow up to 3 business days for processing (unless otherwise noted in product description), in addition to the shipping times listed below. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.
U.S. Shipping:
- Standard (3-5 Business Days): $10.00 or free on orders over $160 before taxes.
- Express (2-3 Business Days): $25.00.
- Overnight (1 Business Day): $40.00.
International Shipping:
- Quoted at checkout depending on your location
Yes, we now offer international shipping! Prices are quoted at checkout, and we currently ship using USPS, DHL, and FedEx. We’re actively working on adding more international carriers to provide you with even more options.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $160 (before taxes). The free shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout—no code needed!
You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can view your order and shipping information by logging into your Routine Sleep account.
If you believe your package is lost, email us at customerservice@routinethebrand.com within 7 business days of the original delivery date so we can assist you.
Note: If a package was delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout and/or signed for, we cannot be held responsible for that package.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase!
U.S. ORDERS: For U.S. orders, we accept returns for exchanges or store credit within 15 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Customers will receive a prepaid return label. Learn more about our return policy here.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international orders, we accept returns for exchanges or store credit within 15 days of the original delivery date. International customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us. Once your return has been dropped off with the carrier, we will ship your new item/s. Store credit will be issued after we receive your item/s back.
To initiate a return, please email customerservice@routinethebrand.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return requirements:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached.
- Items with makeup, deodorant, animal hair, perfume, or other stains may be rejected.
Routine Sleep reserves the right to determine if items are in salable condition. Items deemed unsalable will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges and will be discarded.
Exchanges and store credit are processed shortly after delivery to our warehouse. If it’s been longer than 10 business days, please contact us at customerservice@routinethebrand.com. You’ll receive an email once your return has been processed.
